These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and jor9 ("we", "us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jor9 website located at jor9.org and all associated services, games, features and content offered therein. These Terms apply to every person who accesses the site, whether as a registered account holder or as a casual visitor.

By creating an account, accessing any game, or making a deposit on jor9, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use jor9 and should close this page immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. 2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is true, accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. If jor9 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different mobile numbers, names, payment methods or devices — all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances within them, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play, will be voided. jor9 reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with any third party.
• All activity that takes place from your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the action. Report suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
• jor9 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purportedly from jor9 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is processed. jor9 reserves the right to delay or withhold payment until satisfactory verification documents are received.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jor9 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payment is not permitted; deposits received from a payment source that is not owned by the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds and subject to successful identity verification. jor9 targets same-day processing for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad; however, processing times may vary during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. jor9 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

• Deposits that cannot be matched to a jor9 account within 24 hours will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• jor9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal above a threshold amount determined by jor9's compliance team. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the withdrawal being withheld.
• All transactions on jor9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion costs, if any, are the player's responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jor9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your jor9 wallet after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed. Bonus funds are separate from cash balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play that remain at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
• jor9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has accepted it, no claim can be made for the withdrawn amount.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings and closure of all implicated accounts.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to any game-specific and promotion-specific terms stated at the time of issue, including maximum win caps derived from free spin play.

5. Gameplay and Fair Use

jor9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all electronic table games and slot titles, and partners with licensed live casino studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi for live-dealer content. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are not modified by jor9. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jor9 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, or using jor9 to conceal the source of funds.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

jor9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that any of the following apply:

• The account holder has breached these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• The account has been used for or in connection with fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Regulatory, compliance or risk-management requirements necessitate the restriction of the account.

Upon account closure, any real-money cash balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met, provided no fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms has been established. jor9 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from account closure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jor9 and its officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable to any player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use jor9, even if jor9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jor9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and security, including SSL encryption on all connections, we cannot guarantee continuous availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable. jor9's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith as understood in the context of international online gaming operations. jor9 operates as an international platform and does not make any specific claim of regulation by any particular national government body. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, jor9 will work in good faith with the player to reach a fair outcome.

9. Changes to These Terms

jor9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice on the jor9 website at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. The version of the Terms in force at the time you use the platform governs that use. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should cease using jor9 and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team. Your continued use of jor9 after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
